Legal Disclaimer for GroovePlus Membership Benefits
Effective Date: March 1, 2025

Groove Digital, LLC (“Groove”) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, alter, replace, or discontinue any and all benefits, services, or features associated with the GroovePlus membership program (“GroovePlus” or “Groove+”) at any time, with or without prior notice. The terms "GroovePlus" and "Groove+" may be used interchangeably at Groove’s discretion.

By enrolling in or continuing to participate in GroovePlus, members acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Non-Guaranteed Benefits – GroovePlus benefits, including but not limited to coaching sessions, templates, priority support, discounts, early access to features, and other premium services, are subject to availability and may be modified, substituted, or discontinued at any time without liability to Groove or its affiliates.
2. Service Modifications – Groove may, at its discretion, change, expand, reduce, or discontinue any aspect of GroovePlus based on business needs, third-party availability, or internal considerations. This includes, but is not limited to, replacing live coaching providers, modifying support response times, adjusting feature access, or altering discount offerings.
3. No Guarantee of Third-Party Participation – Certain GroovePlus benefits may involve third-party providers, independent contractors, or guest coaches. Groove makes no representations or warranties regarding the continued availability of any specific individual, service provider, or partner. If a coach, trainer, or other provider becomes unavailable, Groove may, but is not obligated to, provide an alternative service or individual.
4. Changes Without Prior Notice – Groove reserves the right to make immediate adjustments to GroovePlus benefits and terms without prior notification to members. Continued use of GroovePlus after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
5. No Refunds or Compensation for Changes – Changes, reductions, or eliminations of benefits do not entitle members to refunds, credits, or any other form of compensation. The decision to continue membership remains solely with the participant.
6. Discretionary Cancellation or Termination – Groove retains the right to cancel or terminate the GroovePlus membership program in part or in whole at any time. Groove also reserves the right to revoke individual memberships for violation of its terms or misuse of the program.
By continuing to use GroovePlus, members acknowledge and accept that the program is dynamic and subject to change based on Groove’s discretion and business requirements.
