What is the future of Groove?

Your Groove account, apps, and all the features you rely on will remain fully accessible. No interruptions or disruptions to your current setup are expected.

Our immediate focus is to refine and enhance the platform by prioritizing bug fixes and performance improvements. We’re committed to delivering a more stable and reliable experience so you can continue growing your business seamlessly.

What will happen to my account?

Your account and all of your existing assets will remain exactly as they are. There are no plans to alter or limit your access. You can expect the same level of functionality and features, and we’ll continue to develop new improvements to enhance your experience. Our primary goal is to ensure you have a smooth, uninterrupted journey with Groove, and we appreciate your continued trust in us. If you have any specific questions or run into any issues, please reach out to our support team—we’re always here to help.

We do not plan to change any access or products, all links to access the apps will remain the same as well as the links for our affiliates

Will any products be removed or added?

Our immediate focus is on enhancing and stabilizing the products you already use. We do not have plans to remove any existing products or features; instead, we’re dedicating our efforts to improving performance, fixing bugs, and making the platform more user-friendly. Once we’ve solidified those improvements, we’ll certainly explore new additions and features that provide even more value. Rest assured, we’ll keep you informed about any new developments or enhancements as they unfold

Is there going to be a roadmap?

A road map will only be released after the in-depth examination of all products which is already underway

What are the plans for GroovePay?

GroovePay has an exciting future ahead, including a new partnership with a leading banking provider to offer expanded options and enhanced services for our users. We’re dedicated to continually innovating and delivering the best payment solutions to support your business success.

Is Groove Mail SMTP going to be finally working?

GrooveMail is currently at the top of our list. Once GrooveMail is brought up to date, it will function as a robust mailing platform—allowing you to email members of your membership site, send follow-ups to new subscribers, and connect with customers who register or purchase through the Groove Platform. It will incorporate the latest tagging and other modern features to support the growth of your business.

However, GrooveMail will not be used for large-scale broadcasts ( Importing a vast amount of leads, more than 30k), and importing lists will only be allowed if you use double opt-in or if we personally import the list from a known, reputable third-party company.

Will there be any more States of The Groovion?

We haven’t made a final decision yet on continuing the “State of the Groovion” events. However, part of our commitment moving forward is to enhance our communication with the Groove community through more frequent updates on Facebook and other platforms. Our goal is to stay in close touch with you and maintain transparency about our progress, including bug fixes, feature enhancements, and any major developments. We appreciate your patience and look forward to keeping you informed with regular updates.

Will Groove have a lifetime offer?

The lifetime offer is not going away. There are subtle changes that will be made to it and a few other things that will come along with it, however we cannot go any further in to that now. There will also be a monthly subscription. News about this and all pricing questions will be addressed very soon. As for the February launch, it is still on
